The Process

30 Min Consult
Let’s get the ball rolling with a Consult Call. Once you fill out our consult call form, I’ll set up a call to dive into your project.
02.
Book Your Day
Choose your package, the day and any add-ons. Sign our agreement and make your deposit. Once done, your project will be officially reserved and blocked off in my calendar.
03.
Pre-Work
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll gain access to your personalised client portal. Here, you’ll find all the necessary forms for your project, along with a Task List. This list prioritises tasks for our Design Day, ensuring a focused and streamlined process.
04.
The Big Day
The long-awaited Design Day is finally here! We’ll kick things off with a Strategy Call in the morning to review your completed homework and Task List. Then, it’s all hands on deck for a design sprint fuelled by your feedback.
05.
Follow Up
The morning after your Design Day, your final invoice will be sent as well as a video overview, all the final files, and any recommendations for how to move forward with your website.
06.
Support
For 7 days after launch, we’ll be on hand to address any follow-up questions about your website and address any concerns. But please note this does not include any revisions!
